VIDEO SURVEILLANCE POLICY
The aesthetic centre uses a video surveillance system to ensure
security of staff, customers and property.
CCTV footage is only collected in areas of the aesthetic centre that
are designated as CCTV sites. The recordings shall be used only for the purposes of
security and protection of staff, clients and property of the centre. Records
can be used to investigate incidents or rule violations.
CCTV footage may be provided to competent authorities or
third parties if necessary in accordance with the applicable law of
Republic of Bulgaria. Any access to the records shall be documented and made only in
cases where a lawful basis for such provision has been established.
CCTV footage is stored for a specified period of time, in
in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the internal rules of
aesthetic center. Records are stored on secure media and are taken
necessary measures to prevent unauthorised access to them. Upon expiry of
retention period, the records shall be destroyed in a manner that ensures their
uniqueness and irreplaceability.
Individuals affected by CCTV have the right to access their own records,
provided that such right does not restrict the rights of third parties or infringe legislation.
In order to exercise their rights, persons must submit a written
request to the manager of the aesthetic centre.
SMOKING POLICY
In the aesthetic centre, policies aimed at improving the health of
our customers and staff.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the aesthetic centre, including
treatment rooms, offices, lounges and toilets. This includes all types of cigarettes,
including e-cigarettes, e-hookahs and all other devices for
Smoking.
The centre has designated designated smoking areas in outdoor communal areas,
where smoking is permitted. In such areas all applicable rules shall apply and
smoking regulations, including required distances from entrances and exits,
as well as providing ashtrays.
The Centre reserves the right, in the event of a breach of the indoor smoking ban
premises to charge a cleaning fee of BGN 200.
FIREARMS POLICY
The Aesthetic Center strives to provide a safe and secure environment for all of its
customers and staff.
The possession, carrying and use of firearms shall be prohibited on
the territory of the aesthetic centre and the related sites. This includes any
types of firearms, including pistols, rifles, revolvers and the like
objects.
LOST PROPERTY POLICY
At the aesthetic center we strive to provide a pleasant and safe experience for all
our customers.
In case of loss of personal belongings during the stay in the aesthetic centre, the clients
should immediately inform staff of what has happened. The Aesthetic Center does not bear
liability for lost or damaged property, unless it can be proved that it is
the result of negligence or misconduct by staff.
If the aesthetic center staff finds a lost item, it will be turned over to the
the reception of the centre.
Lost items will be stored at the Aesthetic Center for a period of 1 year. After
expiration of the storage period, the found items that have not been claimed,
may be donated to charities or otherwise disposed of,
as the centre deems appropriate.
Customers are responsible for their own belongings and should take care of their
security and maintenance.
PROPERTY DAMAGE POLICY
Customers must show respect and care for the property of other customers and
the property of the aesthetic centre.
It is prohibited to intentionally damage, deface or steal the property of others
clients or the property of the centre.
In the event of damage or injury to the property of another customer or
centre, the guilty parties will be required to accept liability and cover
financial or material losses.
The Aesthetic Centre reserves the right to take any necessary action,
including the application of sanctions, according to its internal rules and the relevant
laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
POLICY ON THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCESS TO SERVICES
The Aesthetic Center reserves the right to refuse access to its services to clients,
who violate center rules, demonstrate inappropriate behavior, or
pose a risk to the safety and welfare of other customers and
Staff.
The decision to refuse access may be made after notification to the customer and upon
compliance with the fairness and legal requirements of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Reasons for refusal of access:
- Violation of center rules, including inappropriate behavior,
aggression, discrimination or disrespect towards other customers or staff.
- Failure of the customer to comply with instructions that are material
importance for safety and good service.
- Posing a risk to the safety or health of the client or others in
aesthetic center.
- Failure to pay for a service provided.
- Customers under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants.
DISEASE AND EPIDEMIC POLICY
At the aesthetic centre we attach great importance to the health and safety of our clients
and staff.
Centre staff are trained to use appropriate hygiene methods and products for
cleaning and disinfection of common surfaces and tools.
Clients who have symptoms of illness or have been exposed to communicable diseases should
postpone their visit to the aesthetic centre until they are out of the contagious period or
after consultation with a medical professional.
The Center has the right to refuse service to clients who exhibit symptoms of illness or
are at risk of spreading infections and epidemics.
Regular cleaning and disinfection of all common areas is carried out in the aesthetic centre,
work surfaces and tools, following the recommendations of health organisations and
authorities. Customers should also observe increased hygiene by washing regularly and using
disinfectants provided by the centre, where necessary.
PET POLICY
In order to maintain impeccable hygiene, the aesthetic center's policy does not allow
the presence of pets on the territory of the center, with the exception of animals for

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show of the reserved appointment, a fee of 50 BGN will be charged and added to the cost of the next visit.
