medical condition, medication intake and other data necessary for
the provision of services in the centre.

of payments, communication with customers and improvement of services provided.

5.1. In the aesthetic centre we have installed a video surveillance system in

sanitary facilities.
5.3. The processing of personal data collected through video surveillance is carried out
based on the legitimate interests of the aesthetic centre, which include ensuring
of a safe environment for all attendees.
5.4. We take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect
videos from unauthorised access, deletion or disclosure. Only
authorised persons have access to the video and it is stored securely
place.
6. DIRECT MARKETING
6.1. We may collect certain personal data from customers, such as name,
address, phone number, email and service preferences. Collected
personal data is only used for direct marketing purposes, such as
sending personalized promotions, news and special offers related to
our services.
6.2. The processing of personal data for direct marketing is carried out on
the basis of the client's consent, the consent being clearly and freely expressed.

8. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
8.1. This policy may be amended and updated
periodically. The latest version of the policy will be published on

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients have the option to cancel or reschedule their appointment no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In case of cancellation after this period or no-show of the reserved appointment, a fee of 50 BGN will be charged and added to the cost of the next visit.
