How does one device manage to treat so many different indications?
The main reason to choose NuEra Tight is that it is the only radiofrequency device on the market that customizes each treatment to each person's unique needs.
The device allows customized depth, heat and duration of each treatment.
Why is the depth at which the RF device operates important?
NuEra Tight works at 5 different depths. So we can precisely control which layer of the skin we want to reach.
When we want to melt fat or treat cellulite we would like to work at a greater depth to reach the fat deposits and liquefy the fat cells.
When we want to tighten the skin or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, we work more superficially because the goal of the procedure will be to stimulate the fibroblasts in the dermis to produce more collagen and elastin.
Sometimes we need both fat reduction and skin tightening. NuEra Tight has a solution for that too. NuLogic technology validates a new level of therapy customization. This way, we can melt fat during the first half of the treatment and work on tightening sagging skin the rest of the time.
Why is the temperature at which the device operates important?
Similar to depth, when we work at a higher temperature (between 43-45°C) we affect the fat cells, but when we maintain a temperature between 40-42°C we stimulate the fibroblasts to produce more collagen and elastin.
Why is the duration of the procedure important?
On each area of the body, a therapeutic temperature should be maintained for a minimum of 10-15min. In people with more fat deposits, the therapeutic temperature is reached more slowly and the duration should be extended for better results.
Is the procedure safe?
NuEra Tight features NuAPIC technology, which automatically controls power and temperature and ensures that the therapeutic temperature is maintained throughout the treatment, ensuring greater efficacy and absolute safety.
